You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access full features such as saving multiple CVs and managing your resume library, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including personal information, work history, education details, and other CV content ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate, enhance, translate, and analyze CV content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) to process your CV content. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by BuildYourATS and protected by intellectual property laws. CV templates and designs provided by the Service are licensed for personal use only.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildYourATS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
